I first walked into Fresh Design a couple of years ago - ‘just looking’ for ideas on window coverings. I wasn’t quite in the market at that time. Jayden was very helpful and considerate. This summer I knew I needed a new blind for my kitchen window, and was in need of some professional help. I felt assured that Jayden could help me. And - she did! Fresh Design and it's team is Top Notch! I needed drapery and blinds for my condo and after doing some research I visited their showroom. It's an amazing place. Kristy immediately put me at ease and gave an overview of the different types of window coverings available and trending. She also came to my home and provided excellent advice on the choice of fabrics, color and design. Within days Logan came to take precise measurements with a minimum of fuss. After a few weeks the drapes, sheers and blinds were ready. Logan returned with his assistant, Ayden, and installed everything within a few hours. They did an amazing job in that short span of time. We ordered drapery and blinds for our bedroom, which gets very hot in the summer. Thanks to the premium quality of the products, the room now stays cool. While they are expensive, they are absolutely worth it—especially considering the excellent service we received. I Love These Automated Blinds!
I am very happy with my new Hunter Douglas roller blinds. Vanessa answered all my questions when I first came to her store. When I decided to proceed with a purchase, she came to my condo with samples so that I could choose the best one for my east-facing living room window. Logan was very thorough in his installation and patiently demonstrated all the features of the remote control. I love these automated blinds! Smooth Installation

The Drapes Made My Home Feel So Inviting and Warm

She had so much patience for all of our questions as first time blind buyers, and gave us advice on what colors and fabrics would work best for our needs. They were also more than happy to price match, and responded to that request with so much professionalism, never making us feel like we were being 'annoying customers' by asking. Worth Every Penny
It was very easy to set up an appointment with Vanessa - she came to our home right on time to discuss our needs. She was very knowledgeable, gave us different options and choices to choose from. She did some rough measurements for us and gave us a quote; a few days later her installer Scott and his team came and did accurate measurements (very friendly and professional, even had special pair of shoes for indoor use only). On the installation day, Scott and his team arrived right on time, finished the installation within 2 hours. We are very happy with the result. Custom made curtains are pricey but with Fresh Design they are worth every penny. We received our rebate few weeks after installation - Vanessa took care of all the paperwork, all we need to do was to wait for the Amex card to arrive in the mail.
