IN-HOME CONSULTATION
During your free in-home consultation, you will be speaking with one of our experienced associates who will provide you with comprehensive product knowledge and design recommendations. View and feel our fabric samples in the comfort of your home. We'd love to discuss what inspires you and the solutions you need.

Your Estimate
Once you have selected your blinds, blind fabric and lifting systems we generate a quote based on this criteria and your window measurements. This is an exciting stage as you will have a solid idea of what your window treatment package will look like and how your budget will be spent.
There's no commitment at this point.

Professional
Check Measure
When you have given us the green light to proceed with your order, one of our professional installers will contact you to schedule a time to professionally check measure your windows. They will take into consideration any imperfections and offer solutions that will enhance your overall window covering experience. When your check measure has been completed we will require 70% deposit for your order.

Ordering
After we have received your initial deposit, we will place your order. Your blinds will arrive between 4 to 12 weeks depending on what blinds you have chosen and the global supply chain. We understand the anticipation and excitement in receiving your blinds, however due to the current supply chain issues, we can’t guarantee lead times.

Installation
Once your blinds have arrived one our professional installers will contact you to set up a convenient time to finalize the process. When your window coverings have been installed, they will go over on how to operate your blinds, including your manual and/ or motorization systems. This final step includes payment of the remaining 30% of your order.

In-Home Consultation
During your free in-home consultation, you will be guided by one of our experienced associates who will provide you with design recommendations. You'll have a chance to view and feel the fabric samples in the comfort of your home.

White Glove Installation

Expert Blinds & Drapery Installation
Please note that in addition to white glove installation service, all Fresh Design clients receive after-care service for any additional support they may require. Ask us about this!
Here’s what you can expect from Fresh Designs White Glove Service:
On-Time:
Your installer will connect by text to let you know when they are on the way to the Check Measure & Install Appointment.
Respectful of Your Home:
We understand that your home is your sanctuary and are mindful of maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Installers will change their outdoor shoes to inside shoes at your front door and use drop cloths to keep all tools neat and organized. In addition, installers are mindful of ladders and tools and care for your home.
Premium Installation & Blinds Removal:
Your installers will remove and dispose of your existing window treatments and keep the area clean. If your window treatments are installed into concrete, they will use a hand-held vacuum to eliminate dust in your home.
Excellent Communication & Guidance:
After installing new window treatments, your installer will go through each blind with you to ensure you fully understand how the lifting system works. Installers always leave time to answer any questions that you may have about your new window coverings so you feel comfortable using them on day one!
Premium Technical Setup:
Installers will use the Hunter Douglas App to set up your motorized window coverings. They’ll show you how to customize scenes and schedule your new window coverings so they open and close at the touch of a button according to your lifestyle.
Professional Steaming for Custom Drapery:
All custom drapery will be steamed onsite and tied back to achieve the perfect shape and drape! You will receive drapery tie-backs, and your installer will explain how to train the drapery so that your beautiful new window treatments look impeccable and stay in excellent shape for years.
Friendly Service:
Fresh Design’s installers will ensure you feel comfortable at every step. Our installers all happen to have a great sense of humour, so don’t be surprised if your installation process is more fun than expected.
